Started out as a back end developer with .NET in 2012, nowadays Almir's BE attention is mostly on Node based frameworks, such as Express, NestJS. He likes to handle his database connections with an ORM.

Product

Working closely with product owners and occasionally filling in PO's shoes made Almir no stranger to detecting features that bring value and drilling them down into developer consumable user stories.

LEADERSHIP

Started with leading one-off projects with development teams; lead Almir to leading a large team consisted of developers, designers adn product owners.
